  • Yoga - Yoga and meditation classes tailored to your specific requirements, experience levels and available time.
  • Field - Guided hikes along the stunning coastal path, organised according to fitness levels and desired difficulty.
  • Sea - Choose from a range of activities run by Adventure South and Coast to Coast Water Safety, including paddleboarding, coasteering and wild swims.
  • Food - We can cater for all meals, snacks and drinks, made according to your dietary requirements and needs.
  • Transport - Let us provide transport to and from the local train station so that nobody in the group needs to drive.
