  • Name, email address, phone number (and if booking a retreat through our website we might also ask for information to ensure your retreat experience is as you expect such as your dietary requirements or whether you wish to have a wetsuit). 
  • Male or female (we need to know this to ensure rooms are allocated accordingly).
  • Emergency contact information.
  • Health history and fitness information to enable the safety of guests during retreat.
  • Date of birth (optional)
  • Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.
  • Credit/ debit card details via the ‘Book when’ platform

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To sign up to our newsletter

  • To book a retreat
  • To make an enquiry via the contact form
  • To complete our pre-departure online form
  • To complete our covid health questionnaire on arrival at retreat

  • Our booking platform ‘Book when’ may also collect the information as listed above when booking a retreat. 
  • Retreat booking websites such as ‘Book Retreats’ may collect information in order to create a booking with us.

  • Make a booking for you on a retreat
